Note: this element has been deprecated in ArcIMS 4.

Restrictions:

Limited to ArcExplorer-enabled MapObjects IMS 2.0 applications. Not valid with MapObjects 2.1 or higher.
Can only be used in viewer configuration files. It cannot be used in a map configuration file.
